I’m Sandra Dalziel, and for over 30 years I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they discover who they are, who they’re called to be, and how to courageously step into that destiny. Whether through one-on-one coaching, ministry, business mentorship, or leadership development, my passion has always been to help people align with their God-given purpose.

My 26 years in church ministry—serving in roles such as Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Children’s & Youth Pastor—deepened my understanding of the power of calling, the beauty of spiritual growth, and the joy of mentoring others. I’ve also served as an Instructor, Administrator, and Executive Assistant in various church settings, each role refining the coach and teacher within me.

Outside the church walls, I’ve walked in the real-world trenches of the corporate and nonprofit sectors. My diverse experience includes serving as a National Trainer for a leading abuse-prevention program, as well as roles like Distribution Manager, Buyer, Account Manager, Sales Rep, Assistant Marketing Manager, and Event Assistant. These roles not only sharpened my professional edge but gave me practical insight into the challenges everyday people face—especially those navigating life transitions, workplace stress, and personal growth struggles.

Today, I bring all of that experience into my coaching practice: Determine Your Destiny—a faith-based coaching enterprise built to equip and empower individuals to grow with purpose, walk in truth, and step into the dreams God has placed in their hearts.
